My name is Bill Bradford and I have served as a development officer with ELVON since January 2003.

The main thrust of my work is directed to assisting in the establishment of new organisations and helping existing organisations with current problems and also to expand and grow.

Previous working lives have provided me with a wide knowledge of management and administration as well as experience in developing and implementing legislation.
