Many organisations are concerned about their legal position in having certain policies and procedures in place. Even if it is not a legal requirement it is often good practice to have them.

Employing Staff?

If your organisation is growing it may come to the point where you are looking at the possibility of employing or taking on additional staff.

ELVON are able to assist you with this process. We can do all the administration processes for you, including drawing up and placing the advert, sending out and receiving back the application forms and arranging the interviews.
